I bought an electric MXR from funbikes for my son's birthday and paid for express shipping. Waited at home for 2 days, to be told it was never shipped. My son was distraught.
April called from Funbikes, sounded contrite and genuinely caring and offered to refund the delivery costs - to which I agreed. I chased up a week later to find that she had changed the offer to a refund of £6 for delivery. Naturally I responded to that email and she has still not replied 4 days later, nor has any refund been received.
Eventually the bike arrived, and I charged the battery overnight as instructed. The bike worked, then refused to hold any further charges. After 8 hours of charging the run time is less than one minute. So far 6 phone calls to Funbikes and no one has made any attempt to contact me to resolve the situation. I've never been put through to Customer Service nor to their Technical team, no effort of any kind has been made to resolve the fault bike and no one responds to voicemails, calls or emails.
AVOID AVOID AVOID. The worst customer service I have ever come across. Utterly shameful.
