If goods are faulty then this company is really poor. They believe they don't have to comply with consumer law. I had to persue them through the court to get my money back (they had to refund plus costs) AVOID AVOID AVOID (unless you're happy to say goodbye to your money). Look at the other reviews. Don't risk it for Christmas.
