Very disappointing. The big xmas surprise was delivered in it's original packaging with no overwrap so my daughter, who opened the door to the delivery man, found out what she was getting.
No apology or plans to rectify this for other customers when I contacted the supplier, they said they would review in New Year. So if you want a surprise present delivered don't do via this supplier.
