Ordered a trampoline b4 3pm on a Thursday for next day delivery paying an extra £5 - didn't turn up till late Monday afternoon ! When building it up I noticed there wasn't the ladder which we had to order as extra for £19.99 ! When asked about its whereabouts I got told that unfortunately they were out of stock and didn't have a date to get any more !! Only communication is through email (as none of the contact telephone numbers work ) although u did get a response it was slow and I didn't feel like a valued customer!!
