Ordered a hot tub with chemical starter pack, hot tub arrived on time but no chemicals. Email from Garry suggesting it would come direct from supplier in 2/3 days ( strange as shows as in stock and 2 day delivery on website) .
No chemicals have arrived over a week later and no response to multiple emails, sales " hot" line is so hot no one answers it or it is permanently engaged. Poor service so off to Paypal now to get a refunds, seems I am not the only one to get poor service from this company - look at Trustpilot!!
