Your account will remain terminated, and even though you aren't eligible for any refund, we will refund your subscription fee as a gesture of goodwill and when I requested to receive the challenge again, I was met with a very unprofessional answer with a very insulting tone: Our investigation has identified a significant 25% of similarity in trading patterns in your account (11090349) with a specific trader (11064780), including 25% matches in opening times and 13% matches in closing times. Also, in your account (11090353), we have identified a significant 37% of similarity in trading patterns with a specific trader (22133341), including 37% matches in opening times and 9% matches in closing times, which cannot be due to mere coincidence However, we have decided to make a one-time exception. Your account will remain terminated, and even though you are not eligible for any refund, we will refund your subscription fee as a gesture of goodwill. Please note that the refund will take 5-7 business days to process. In the end, it seems that this company is extremely weak especially in the support system and reliability and is only looking for people who are unaware of their rights and only fail in challenges.
