Extremely Disappointing Experience with FundedNext My experience with FundedNext has been extremely disappointing. As a trader, the stability and reliability of the trading platform are crucial, but FundedNext has failed to deliver on both counts. On Monday afternoon, my account was incorrectly marked as breached due to a technical error, even though it wasn't. This left my CTrader account open, and I was unable to close a profitable position, leading to a significant loss. Despite reaching out to customer support multiple times, the response was slow and inadequate. It took four days for someone to give a decent answer, but by then, it was too late. The support team closed my positions at an arbitrary price, resulting in further losses. The constant technical faults and the inability of the support team to provide timely and effective assistance have severely affected my trading decisions. I've been caught in a spiral of bad decisions triggered by the platform's instability and poor customer support. Here are some specific issues I faced: My account was incorrectly set as breached multiple times. Trades were settled with unfair and arbitrary values. The dashboard showed incorrect information about my overall loss limit. New trades were not being added to my history. Despite providing all the necessary details to the support team, including order IDs and server times, the resolution was delayed. When my account was finally fixed, it was too late, and I had already incurred losses due to the platform's errors. I wanted to trade in a stable and reliable environment, but FundedNext failed to provide that. My patience has run out, and I feel compelled to leave this honest, negative review due to the complete lack of action and support from their end. I hope FundedNext takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their platform and customer support. Until then, I cannot recommend this platform to other traders.
