I know there is possibly negative reviews just because people lost accounts, but I honestly had an awful experience with this firm which was all their fault. They incorrectly closed my positions say i breached the daily lost limit when I hadn't. It seems if you close your positions too close to the end of the day, those positions are counted in the next days metrics. It seems they know about this issue but don't care and are happy for it to screw over their customers. They finally accepted it was their fault after fight a few walls of support on the live chat and they reenabled my account but refused to refund me for the losses I took when they closed all the positions when they incorrectly breached my account..... and after weeks of battling they had the cheek to tell me I had actually benefited from their incompetence. If they don't want to understand your explalation, no end of messaging will get you anywhere and then they close your case and you can't reply. It was a horribly stressful experience and it is clear they are there to make you fail. It is like puling teeth trying to get any real support and some of the staff are extremely rude and arrogant and will accuse you of being at fault when you clearly arent. They don't even have a way to issue a complaint.... and you have zero recourse for anything.
