Truly excellent experience from start to finish, from the moment I walked through the door at the Farringdon showroom to the installation process. I was talked through all of the different bed options before deciding to go for the Illusion bed. And, after seeking out black velvet, I ended up opting for a beautiful mustard suede bed. The installation experience was fantastic - a lovely chap who cared immensely about the bed being absolutely perfectly set up and in position before he left. In his words, "we don't want better, we want perfection". The bed is exceptional quality and looks fantastic. Really pleased.
