Chips in the colour matte coating along with creases and Ill fitting. 1st Complaint resulted in spare parts being sent which also arrived damaged. Pictures sent couldn’t be clearer(on both occasions) but the companies approach seems to want to find any reason not to manage the situation fairly and reasonably. They have unreasonable expectations on what is possible on a door step delivery when it comes to “inspections” of a package when drivers are bound by time constraints. Ordered over 2 months ago and still have a damaged wardrobe and no further forward - worryingly they are hard to find using the name and address they publish everywhere on companies house …
