Early January bought a 3 and 2 seater sofas that were in stock. Delivery date agreed 04/02/22. To create space we get rid of the old sofas and take time off . They fail to deliver.
When called and asked to give specific delivery date they cannot commit.
When we ask for a refund we are threatened with a cancellation fee.
So we are left we no sofas in the house, Cannot get our money and to buy elsewhere as they will choose what penalty to charge me for cancelling an order due to them failure to honour their side of the agreement.
