Last summer I bought a small cupboard which was £85 it was sent with one item missing so furn on sent another part which was also the wrong part. I had employed a man to assemble it and he came the second time and no part available so I had to pay for the workman's time twice. I phoned furn on and they said to return it in original packaging. The workman had already half assembled it as he was waiting in the second part bring delivered but as I stated above the sent wrong part again so it could not be assembled. As I am disabled I asked furn on if they could take it back. They said yes but it had to be packed up properly. The workman whom I employed could not come back and he had already got rid of packaging for me I explained I was disabled and could not pack the item myself and asked them if they could take it as it was after all their mistake sending the wrong item twice. They told me no after I explained my situation and no apology nothing. I ended up throwing the piece of furniture that couldn't be assembled out to bin. I think it is shocking that they treat disabled people like this. I did write and phone again along with my daughter but got no answer or reaction disgusting treatment! I still am angry and frustrated that they got if with this treatment and think they should be exposed for there thoughtless treatment
