The furniture came in a deplorable condition, incomplete, looking like used. Due to the fact that we did not have anything to sleep on, we turned them as much as we could. As part of the complaint, we were offered to take only two of the three beds advertised. I agreed and asked for replacement beds, because we don't mind sleeping 72 days on the floor (this is how long the furniture was delivered). We were refused and offered a £ 30 rebate, which we did not accept, so the company offered to deposit the money into our account, which we agreed to. Tomorrow three weeks will pass and there is still no money in the account. They ignore our e-mails asking when they will send the transfer. I will skip the fact that we paid £ 60 for just bringing the furniture 🤦🏼♀️ We issued a negative opinion on trustpilot and it was removed for unknown reason (we are currently clarifying the matter). After issuing the opinion, my husband picked up a phone call from Furnipol with a grudge, why and with what right we gave them a negative opinion ?! Scandal!! Generally speaking, on a scale of 0-10 customer service 0, product 0. I will advise against buying furniture from this company for everyone.
