I ordered a large dresser and to be honest was a little wary about paying in advance. However Philip kept me posted at each step of the way and liaised over sizes, colours etc. The dresser arrived on time, and they used a reputable local delivery firm to deliver and assemble the two pieces. When I came home from work, I was stunned when I saw the dresser. It far exceeded my expectations! The build quality is superb and the Farrow & Ball paint finish is superb. It is a solid piece of furniture which will last for many years to come.
