It does work! I made the mistake of buying white faux leather chairs for my dining table and I have two children! Less than a week of use and they got a dye stain from my daughter's new red pyjamas. I thought it wouldn't go away but I found the leather stain remover from furniture clinic and the stain almost disappeared. After that I have been treating all the chairs with the leather care kit and the stain can't hardly be seen plus all my chairs look like brand new even after having over lots of people with children.
