I was very upset when my dog accidentally rubbed pest control substance from the back of the neck on to my leather s0fa and the surface was removed. They were most helpful and immediately supplied their repair kit matched as near as possible to the tiny sample I was able to send them. Having followed the explicit instructions I have effected an excellent repair but did make the mistake of covering a larger patch than I should have in other words it covered parts that were not damaged.
