As I have been asked to comment it was a rather disappointing & expensive experience. I originally ordered a leather repair kit along with some leather colorant balm. The balm turned out to be unsuitable but this was my fault as I had not tested the leather first to see if it was sealed. I returned this item with a request that it be credited against a small leather colorant kit with the difference to be charged to my card. After at least a week and hearing nothing I emailed twice on the 28th and 31st March to see if this was in hand but got NO REPLY. Then I saw a refund had been issued but I was still not sure if the right kit was on the way. This all wasted a lot of time with the seats out of the car. Eventually I ordered the medium leather colorant kit rather than the small as originally intended, as taking the advice of the website, which stated that the small kit was only suitable for only one car seat and I had two to do and I did not want any further delay or to run out half way through. This kit was far too large and I have ended up with about 75% of the kit unused which was largely wasted money at £62 which included what I thought was a high postage charge. On the positive side the chemicals generally worked OK and have improved the appearance of the seats.
