I ordered leather cleaner and ink remover both of which arrived within the estimated time and both items were securely packaged. The leather cleaner is very easy to use and has brightened up our sofa remarkably. The leather protector, which came as part of the kit, was again easy to apply. We will have to wait and see it's effectiveness. The ink remover needed a little more rubbing but worked wonderfully. All stain gone and no mark left. I can recommend these products without reservation.
