Ordered my leather cleaning kit 8 days ago and still haven't received anything. Their website says that free delivery takes 3 days, and it was on that basis I ordered over £35 worth of products. When I rang them after three days they said 'Ah, actually it's 3-5 days'. When I rang again on the 5th day, I was told it could take up to 10 days, and they wouldn't be able to help me before then. What really annoyed me was their absolute stoic indifference - no attempt to apologise, no investigation of other actions that could help me get the goods I ordered quicker, just 'Oh we have to wait ten days for Royal Mail before we can do anything'. They need to take a long hard look at their fulfillment process and how they handle customer complaints - I for one won't be shopping there again.
