I ordered and paid for a dining table and chairs on 5/1/21 and was kept informed by Furniture Choice of availability and delivery. The table arrived on date given in February but no chairs. I immediately rang Customer Service and spoke to Britney who confirmed that chairs should have been delivered together with table and that someone from the company would contact me the following day. This didn't happen and a number of times I had to chase delivery and then was informed that items lost and model would not be available until August. I then chose alternative replacement chairs which arrived finally arrived 22/4 but one box was damaged and two chair legs missing and the fixings. I received those items yesterday 26/4. I spoke with various Customer Advisors over the past couple of months and they have been apologetic and helpful within their remit. Unfortunately this whole experience has put me against online furniture ordering and I would not deal with Furniture Choice again.
