When ordering we were nervous at first not knowing the company as we were not familiar yet. We ordered a queen mattress and it only took 3 days and the quality was fantastic and the price was affordable. We were happy with the product and service. Then I ordered a box spring which arrived in the next day on Easter Sunday. When I checked Amazon they had prime dates of 2 weeks and expensive. When I had a question for Furniture Mattress Direct about the delivery and text them from their website they answered me in seconds and assured me that my delivery was on its way. Great customer service and excellent communication. I recommend this company and we are now looking into buying a new bedroom set for ourselves. Keep
