Not impressed. I ordered my mattress 10 days ago and it still has not shipped. The funny thing is, they called me the next day of my order and said this "we have sent your UPS tracking number to your email and the truck is on the way now to pick it up". So here I am trying to track this thing for 7 days and it still only said label created. So I called Furniture Mattress Direct to see what was happening. To my surprise, the rep comes back with oh, "ya it hasn't shipped we have some local place that makes the mattresses and its delayed and it should be shipping tomorrow or Wednesday". As I was talking and trying to express my disappointment after someone had already called me to tell me it was being picked up right away and getting shipped... all I got was a sorry ok bye". I'll never order from there again. It's now Wednesday.... mattress still hasn't shipped.
