I ordered some stunning kitchen lighting for above our breakfast bar in June this year. They are a beautiful feature and everyone comments on how lovely they are. Whilst cleaning them, delicately with a micro fibre cloth, one broke in my hand. I contacted Furnwise to ask if I could buy a single 3 litre globe shade. They asked for a video and a photograph, which I felt hopeful of being able to buy a replacement shade. I was then told that their supplier do not do 'spares' and I was told the only option I had was to buy a whole new set, to the cost of nearly £200!! Yes, I did ask for a 10% discount, which I got but the customer service manager was unhelpful and quite rude. I sent an email expressing my disappointment and how dissatisfied I was with the company and I hoped this was/is something they could look into in regards to spares/replacement in the future. I asked about their 1 year warranty and their reccomdations on cleaning such a delicate light fitting and got no reply.
