I joined a course on William Wordsworth and reached section 2-8 despite numerous requests regarding the reason I couldn't sign on there was no response which helped me to access the course for which I'd bought 2 textbooks. I gave up and tried the the course on WW1, reached section 1-2 and cannot access the course. I've followed the instructions re password etc. I took my Tablet into my Internet provider this morning. Nothing wrong with it. I've just sent a very angry email to futurelearn everything I've done to access these two courses is not accepted. What else have I got to do to access/log on without being told my details aren't recognised. I'M VERY ANGRY
