Emailed November 15 asking about their prices that were too expensive. Asked for a discount or promo item(s) to be sent to me if possible. Told them how disappointed I was in their company, that all they care about is making money, they don’t do giveaways or contests as many other brands from YouTube creators do. Very long, heartfelt letter I spent over and hour writing. They ignored me. When I went public on Instagram, they asked what the problem was. I told them and they then ignored me further. As of writing, it is now November 27th, they did not provide any customer service whatsoever, though their website clearly states that they will get back to you within something like 72 hours. A bold lie. Really horrible, overpriced, inconsiderate, selfish company. Obviously will never buy from them, can’t even afford it.
