Well to start off I was told that If i signed up for an account with FX-Bitcointrade.com and funded my account $1,000 I would get back 8,000 - I would pay 20% remittance fee back to the company after i received my withdraw of my profits into my bank account.
I asked this guy who said his name was charlie H - he seemed very knowledgeable about his trading platform, and said he had lots of happy clients! I had asked for his referrals which he did show me a couple screenshots of what appears to be happy clients.
I will promise you he is 100% legit and guarantees you to make money with him, promise you no fees until you get your funds in to your bank account, only then you will pay his company's 20% fee!
well back on 5/31/21 Monday - I funded my account on his platform for $1,040 BTC and in it went! Charlie said all was good and that trading would be starting!
2 day later he came back to me saying i needed to put more money in that not all my funds went through - I quickly informed him that in fact all my funds went through with no problem with a image of my blockchain receipt showing that it was fully funded for $1,040.00
Charlies say no admin had to help me out - I then showed him another image of the more valued transaction because BTC had went down that night - he then said it is ok no problem!
I checked my account then next day and no activity had taken place, I informed him and he said contact admin on whatsapp with his number and so I did, this admin (Mr Kelvin) responded back to me and he told me to not worry that it would be fine.
The next day it started to show good activity - 7,500, 4,500, within a couple days it was up top 16,900 profit, with 3,000 deposited? I had only deposited $1,040 not sure what that was about?
but after 8 days of trading it was up to 24,900 and trading closed, Charlie sent me messages saying you need to withdraw now - so I did set up two withdraws to my account and left behind 4,980.00 for the 20% remittance fee he had told me to do and left another 4,920 for the next 5,000 trading session.
then it got interesting - he (charlie) sent me a message saying did you receive your funds yet? I said no not yet?
a couple hours later the admin (Mr Kelvin) messaged me that he got the notice of my withdraw request and he now informs me of the 20% remittance fee is due up front before receiving any distribution of profits.
I sent that message back to my broker agent (Charlie) who said what - let me talk with him ( Mr. Kelvin) they talked and Charlie came back to me and said well yes, the 20% fee is due now upfront
I said back to him - you promised me nine times that there were no fees needing to be paid until I received my profits - sent him the image of our texting conversation on whatsapp and where he had promised my 100% there would be no fees of any kind until I received my payout.
He (charlie) said - I was not fast enough to fund my account and that is why I am being charged this 20% up front like this?
He (Charlie) told me to talk with admin and they would work with me to resolve this issue.
So I went back to this admin guy (Mr Kelvin) that Tuesday night it was late and he told me that I was wrong that is company always requires the 20% fee up front, that the commission fee process had to be settled up front and that I should just pay the fee as fast as possible to get my payout as promised!
We went Mr Kelvin went back and forth many times that evening - ending with can I get back with you in the morning he is having network problems.
the next day he messages me back and informs me that I need to pay the fee or lose all my earnings - I say no i was promised and mislead by Charlie - with proof of the lie he had told me and led me to believe he was honest and promised me he would not disappoint me on this !
Mr Kelvin - said he charlie didn't know anything about trading and that he would talk with him and that was none of my concern but I had to pay the 20% fee of $4,980 up front and now or lose it all
I told him back - no I would not, that I was misrepresented and lied to, that it was wrong and I wanted him to either honor Charlies representation of his (FX-bitcointrade) platform or refund my money back please.
Mr Kelvin - said back to me no it has not come to that yet, stay calm and that I would get what I was deserving!
The next message I get from this Mr Kelvin - was I need to pay this commission fee upfront before any further transaction could be released
I said back to him - No that he need to either Honor Charlie's or just refund my money please!
this is when Mr Kelvin - stated I have informed you how to resolve this issue and more forward and that was final
I had asked him (Mr Kelvin) did he really want to tie himself to the misrepresentation that Charlie has done, to himself and his platform?
His (Mr Kelvin) response was a image of the OK
I then asked him was this really the infamous Bait and switch tactic pulled here?
He has not responded back
