Classic or ECN account type ? - that was the question when I was about to start trading with Fxcess. After some thinking, I stopped at Classic. The reason is that even though ECN offered 0 pips, it had comissions. Now, I think I had made a right decision, because most of the time I trade long-term, and even when I employ intraday strategy, the spreads here are not an issue for me. Moreover, the leveraege on my account is up to 1:1000, more than enough to open huge positions. Lots of assets to trade here - big plus for the broker. Another benefit - responsive customer support.
