I've been trading here for around 2 years, and I gotta say, they've made some real improvements in several areas. The speed of their withdrawal processing has gotten a lot better, and their customer service is always there for you, more professional than before. But they still got some room for improvement. The new client cabinet is alright, but their website looks really outdated and kind of disappointing yet. On the bright side, they did introduce a ticket system, which is nice and definitely easier than dealing with emails. So, overall, there's been progress, but they still need to step up their game, especially with the website.
