I have waited a month to get a refund on postage - its a STUPID system, you have to send them the receipt from the postage and then they refund you - not on the credit card you paid with but to your bank. They have no phone number you can call and most of the time their customer service as an Out of Office on.
Pathetic level of customer service - and i am STILL waiting for the refund. If anyone knows if there is anyone in this organisation you can write to i would be very grateful
