It's such a shame to write a poor review and it is beautiful artwork, however the customer service is seriously lacking.
I returned a parcel and as soon as it was signed for I have heard nothing from the company regarding my refund. I have sent 10 emails and numerous messages on Facebook messenger to no reply. Really disappointing and would not recommend.
