I am beyond delighted by my experience with Fy. I received an unframed print from them as a Christmas gift, and LOVED the print - it was of excellent quality and exactly what I expected. The only problem was that I had a very challenging time finding a frame for it, as it is slightly off-sized (16.5inx23.4in). After searching for a frame for 2 months and having no success (besides custom framing, which would cost me a fortune), I emailed Fy customer service to ask if they could help with my framing problem, as they do sell framed versions of the same print. Not only was Fy willing to refund me for my unframed print (which was beyond the 28 day return window) in exchange for ordering a new, framed print, but they let me KEEP THE OLD PRINT to donate, gift, or display. Sabrina and the Fy team responded to my email inquiry quickly and kindly - and with beyond the result I was hoping for :) I was suspicious of Fy at first because sometimes the ads you see on Instagram aren't exactly reputable businesses......... but do not be afeared! This is a great company with even greater customer service.
