I have ordered two prints from Fy. The first was great and nothing was wrong, so I ordered a second 28x40 framed print. The frame came damaged in multiple places and it appears the frame wasnt even put on correctly. I reached out to Fy 2 days ago via app and email and have received no response at all. This is very frustrating. I do not know if I am supposed to return it or keep the print and they will send a new frame. HELP!
