I'm a returning customer having made an initial test purchase a few months ago. Had a slightly damaged frame arrive with my latest purchase which is annoying but repairable wit a bit of glue and a touch up with a marker pen. I reached out to ask the customer service team if i could get a frame replacement with a new print to sit in it if i paid for the print. The team went above and beyond to make this happen for me. Overall - The prints and frames are great products, there is a wide range to choose from, all representing great value and the customer service is excellent. I will be eyeing up any blank walls in my house weighing up which lovely print to acquire next from my new favourite online shop.
