Excellent service. I wanted to purchase two rugs that were out of stock. I left a message and on the reply the person said I would be contacted when the rugs were back in stock. I received an email this morning to say the rugs were back in stock and I bought at sale price despite the fact the sale had ended. Very impressive customer service. I will use Fy again and recommend to friends.
