Ordered a fire pit on the 8th April. Item was sent to the wrong address, was told they would redirect the item. My address on the order was correct, I have also supplied it several times via their chat function. Despite contacting Iam FY several times and being advised that I would be called or it had been resolved. It is now being returned to sender and Iam FY are not responding to my emails. Whilst I understand this issue was caused by the manufacturer my contacts have done very little to resolve this.
Appalled does not cover it!
