Absolute waste of time. Ordered an expensive print and frame three weeks ago. No confirmation email sent. Had to chase that up. I explained I needed it by the 15th May for a birthday present and was advised it should be here. Now told it may not arrive and that they can’t tell me when to expect it. I’ve had to spend £30 today getting another gift as it’s unlikely to arrive this week.
Not acceptable. I’ve had orders arrive from China in this time frame. Do not use this company. They are overpriced and slow. I am beginning to think this may be a scam.
