Thought these looked good so we decided to buy a medium soft version and if we both liked it we would purchase another. Unfortunately neither of us could get on with it. I sleep mainly on my front and it is far too high for comfort.My husband sleeps on his back and also found it too high. I must add we do not have abnormally short necks .Oh dear !
However the pillow looks well made and at least it doesn't make a crinkling noise when you turn your head on it.
