Their website claims 100% legit keys, which is FALSE. I purchased an Adobe Acrobat key from them and it worked initially, but then when trying to reinstall the program, I was told the key had been revoked. I contacted Adobe and they told me that key had been illegally obtained and was cancelled. I contacted G2A for a refund. At first they said "please show proof it has been revoked", so I did. Then they said file a police report or the refund MAY not go through. THEN they said file a police report or it WONT go through. They changed their mind 3 times. G2A is allowing illegal sellers on their website and then asking the customer to file police reports. They should have provided a refund from the first confirmation and done the investigation themselves. Worst customer service ever. I ended up reporting the crime as they insisted, to cyber.gov.au and after almost 2 WEEKS they refunded me... IN G2A CREDIT. Not a single time was credit mentioned. They seriously went out of their way to destroy any remnant of trust I may have had in them. Will never buy from them again.
