Purchased Heroes of Might and Magic Vii from G2A. Did not get info to download for over 24 hours. Download then took overnight at very slow speeds. got the downloaded, installed it and the program is in Chinese or some similar language. Totally unusable by me. Contacted G2a, only response I have gotten is request for more information. contacted "seller"...no response at all. Trying to get a refund and that seems to be unlikely at this time.
