Customer service is non existence with Gabb. Enjoy sitting on your phone for 56 minutes listening to "there are ten or more callers ahead of you." If you want to try their chat feature, be ready to expect nothing. My wife has not been able to call or text my daughter for two weeks or more. Emails, and other attempts to solve the issue have fallen on deaf ears.
