Took literally 4 months for them to arrive - absolute silence meanwhile and if it hadn't been for the fact we ordered in advance, I would have assumed we'd just lost the money to a bust company (scam seemed unlikely*) and there was nothing we can do - there is clearly a reason (for them) they don't accept credit or debit cards!! One day an email appeared stating it would be delivered by Tuffnells 'tomorrow'. Arrived slightly damaged and one panel not quite right (minor) and as you can imagine I couldn't be bothered to complain. The ones that are right, the vast majority, are good, and again I have no complaints about the product, I'm writing this nearly a year on having been reminded by being asked to do another review on here. Speaking of which, the owner had the nerve to ask for a +ve review after the delivery. Er....!? *This guy DOES to be fair know what he is talking about with regard to this sort of work and has even been published in a peer reviewed journal from what I can see, on the subject of erosion / stabilisation.
