After testing so many bing ads accounts which had payment issues I decided to give it one more try to Gads accounts services.
The account was delivered the 2nd day after the order and it had a running campaign on it. I added 25$ and let that camapaign run and see if the account will have any issues but everything is running perfectly.
I created my own campaign after that and paused the test campaign they setup and so far so good. Good experience with this seller.
