Zuviele Fehler beim Bestellvorgang und bei der Beschreibung des Lieferumfangs der Sets.
Eigenhändige Stornierung obwohl der Fehler nicht beim Kunden lag sondern beim Shopbetreiber selber.
Antworten waren nicht besonders freundlich formuliert, der Kunde ist kein lästiges Übel und sollte auch nicht so behandelt werden.
