We bought our Gainsborough electric shower a few months ago, it is the worst shower we have owned, the water flow is useless, not powerful at all and we have the 9.5, if it hadn't been for the fact we paid to have it fitted we would have returned it for a refund, we are going to change it in 2024. Stay clear
