So wanted some rust skins, went on google came to the GamerAll site and the prices seemed normal for the skins. Actually some were cheaper on steam marketplace but for most part the ones i wanted seemed to be a tad cheaper from GamerAll so thought i'd go further. Before checking out, the site indicated I would receive 5900 xp which qualified me for a little 1% cashback for future purchases. When i clicked check out i had to log in, it changed the xp to less than 2000, i spoke to customer services and they said all the xp will be given on completion sale so went ahead and made the purchase. After checking out I saw I had only been given the lower 1990 xp and given that you have to reach 3000 xp to get a rank to qualify for cashback level i felt a bit cheated. It was a bit of a kick in the head to also find out that the little / reduced xp i had collected would be wiped in 9 days anyway as it resets every month (something that isn't clear from the outset). After speaking with customer services again and showing them the picture taken on my phone they just fobbed me off with no offer of resolution or compensation for the xp and finished the conversation by telling me to email the ceo. So to anyone considering using GamerAll please do not get sucked in to think this loyalty xp scheme is anything on top of what you are buying as it's clearly not! On checking the website scheme in more detail it does say you get 1xp for 1 cent spent however it did not calculate that on the estimate which enticed me to complete the purchase and espicially after being told it would be given i'm left disgusted. As i said after raising this with customer services they did not care at all in honouring this mistake. Very poor indeed be warned...
