I ordered Age of Empires III [Complete Collection] (PC) witch was a Steam Key this was email quite quickly but the key was invalid. I contacted sales*gamers247.co.uk and jumped through several hoops to prove this i was then sent another key the flowing day witch was also invalid. i contacted support three times during that day and had no response. so i requested a refund. the response was that i had only sent one email and that it was being investigated. i emailed back proving other wise only to be told to "stop spamming there inbox" at this point i have informed them i will be complaining to trading Standards I have been ripped off and now that i am complying about not receiving what i have ordered,i have started to get very rude responses or none at all.
