The dispatch of the item was quick and arrived without any issue however the packaging was a bit ropey and the box was damaged on arrival. Because of the way the backgammon set had been placed diagonally in the square box the opposite corners were empty (apart from packing paper) and became vulnerable to collapse hence why during it's courier trip it didn't have the integrity to withstand pressure on those corners from movement or being crushed. That bit was a bit disappointing as I was really concerned the item, which is a Christmas gift, was going to be damaged.
