After placing an online order for an in stock item, nearly two weeks later I was told it was in fact not in stock, with a short email and boiler plate apology. The two day delivery or we contact you is clearly a load of tripe, and then they blamed it on the Australia Day long weekend, despite that occuring a full week after my order had been placed. Avoid at all costs.
