The "delivery within 2 days" is a load of rubbish. Ordered a game a week ago and heard nothing from them, so today I call the physical store. They give me a number to call for online orders, which nobody ever answers. They don't answer emails sent thru their website. Eventually messaged them direct on Facebook and was told they'll look into it tomorrow morning (this is at 3pm) and that their phone and internet have been out until yesterday. No phone or internet for a week? I highly doubt that, and if it was resolved yesterday then why was nobody at the warehouse catching up on backorders?
Report to the ACCC and Fair Trading if you get similar excuses, it's the only incentive they'll have at this point to treat their customers with some respect.
