When I asked about delivery timing I was given incorrect dates. I had to follow up twice to find out when my delivery was coming. Then confusingly I was emailed a delivery alert from BIG W!
Basically I could not trust the delivery information I was given by GP. I didn’t mind that it was running late - I just needed to know it was running late and that an accurate delivery time could not be provided.
